Our detail reports show a wide range of data. Who is late on their payments, who has paid for the current month, a detail year view by month, storage building, and storage unit of what units are open and what units are closed. When you get ready for taxes, we have a detail report that show what the revenue of the current year or previous years for each unit or for each storage building.

We have spent time in making this software easy to use and operate as well as a nice look and feel that is easy on the eyes. Our software is very straight forward, no tricky stuff, just click the button you want.

This software comes with several different areas to manage your storage facility. It comes with a dashboard on the homepage, that shows the % full for each building. It also shows % of customers paid for the month per storage building. It has a "Customers" tab that takes you to the add new customer or edit existing customer's info. It has a button called "Locations" where you can different storage buildings to the system. Next, it has a "Units" button that allows you to assign individual units to the "Location" set up. When adding units, it allows a bulk insert of the number of units and price associated so you will not have to enter every unit 1 at a time. There is also a place to add and edit your admin users that use this system. Then of course there is the storage facility year view by month and unit. This allows you to go forward a year or backward from the current year. It shows all months and units while allowing you to change to different buildings by a dropdown list. To assign a storage unit to a customer, you simply click on the unit/month that you desire, and there is a popup form that allows you to select the customer that assigns that customer to that unit for that month. It also allows for any specials that you may be running such as a buy 1 month get 2 months free. Our softare also allows you to select "Pre Paid" which will auto fill the months that you tell it with their info. Another feature that is built into this software is a customer email alert that runs either monthly or nightly. The system will run a program that will determine what customers are late or due on their monthly payment. Next, it will send an email or text message to them and notify them that their rent is due. This feature is built into the system, you have an option to enable or disable this feature depending on the customer. Some customers might not want a text message daily, so it is an option that you will have to get their approval and flag the system.
